Tom Siegmeth is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in public health, 340B strategy, pharmacy operations, FQHC leadership, and HIV programming. As Founder and CEO of TS Healthcare Consultants, he helps healthcare organizations optimize 340B performance, strengthen compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Tom has held senior leadership roles including Area Vice President at a specialty pharmacy, AVP of Clinic Administration at a nationally recognized FQHC, and Director of HIV Services. He also serves as a HRSA consultant conducting Operational Site Visits (OSVs) and Ryan White program site visits for the Bureau of Primary Care and Bureau of HIV/AIDS.
He holds an MPH from Loma Linda University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
Meera Hasolkar is a pharmacy leader with more than 18 years of experience across retail, specialty, independent, and FQHC settings. As Chief Pharmacy Officer at TS Healthcare Consultants, she supports covered entity–owned pharmacy launches, payer contracting, operational optimization, and 340B compliance strategy.
Meera previously built and led pharmacy operations and training development for a specialty pharmacy, strengthening performance and compliance infrastructure. She earned her PharmD from the University of the Pacific and is known for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and collaborative team leadership.
